Essence guarantees our complete line
of portable massage tables and chairs against defects in material
and craftsmanship for as
long as you (the original purchaser) own the table, or five
years after a model is discontinued. The foam and vinyl, as
well as all removable parts are warranted for five years.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents,
or neglect, and is limited to product repair or replacement
at our discretion. Damage to the vinyl caused by the use of
harsh chemical based cleaners is not covered under this warranty.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to
the factory for any warranty repair. Essence will return
the repaired item (covered under the terms of the warranty)
prepaid, at our expense. International customers are responsible
for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as
any applicable duties and taxes.
